By The Glass

PINOT GRIGIO    Ryan Patrick

Expresses bright floral notes, minerality and citrus, including nectarine and mango.  Nice viscosity on the mid-palate with a crisp finish.

98% Sauvignon Blanc, 2% Semillon. Bright aromas of floral and lemon zest, some papaya, stone fruit, peach and apricot, ever so slight cut grass, crisp finish. Fermented and aged 7 months in stainless steel tanks.

ROSE   Ryan Patrick

A medley of 50% Sangiovese, 19% Syrah, 16% Grenache, 12% Mourvedre, 3% Cinsault. Wonderful citrus notes of grapefruit and lemon are complemented with floral aromas. Crisp mouthfeel and finish.

Gold color.  Aromas of caramel drizzled nuts, spiced pineapple and sweet apple muffin with a vibrant, fruity medium-to-full body and a medium-long steamed milk, vanilla and spiced melon finish.  A vibrant and balanced Chardonnay from the Columbia Valley with great length and poignant acidity.

Sparkling Brut    Jeumme Serra

Soft and fruity bubbles.

MALBEC   Bodega Norton

12 months in French oak, intense red color with purplish hues.  On the nose, it is an expressive wine with ripe black fruits, violets, spices and tobacco.

RED BLEND    Milbrandt

Brothers’ Blend red offers enticing aromas of fresh blueberry, cherry, plum and vanilla. The palate is robust, yet supple, with generous flavors of dark berry, dense cocoa, vanilla and a hint of spice that is beautifully framed by polished tannins and a long, toasty finish.

The Wahluke Slope is prized for wines with incredible depth and lushness.  This Cab delivers notes of coffee, cassis and black cherry finishing with round, smooth tannins.

PORT    Bin 27

The flavor is full and fruity with fresh blackberries and juicy plums and tart earthy black currants. Within these dark berry flavors is a light raisin-like spiciness with twig-like tannins and Christmas fruitcake. Hints of chocolate and light impressions of Oolong tea round out the flavor profile.
