BOUDREAUX CELLARS   Reserve   '03   Icicle Canyon
This Cab reserve boasts 100% Cabernet Sauvignon fruit from the infamous Champoux Vineyards of Horse Heaven Hills in Walla Walla.  Earlier this year Rob's '03 Cabernet Sauvignon won "Best Cabernet Sauvignon in WA" in the acclaimed KING CAB COMPETITION put on by Wine Press Northwest and is, of course, all long gone.  We haven't been able to get our hands on any of his wine until now.  This is a very special bottle indeed.

WOODWARD CANYON    #13 Artist Series    Walla Walla
"The 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon Artist Series also contains 1% Cabernet Franc and is a blend from five of the top vineyards in the state.  It was aged predominantly in new French oak for 20 months.  The wine is opaque purple-colored with a fragrant bouquet of pain grille, spice box, black cherry and black currants.  It is full bodied with a supple palate-feel, oodles of sweet fruit and ripe tannins.  This impressive effort manages to combine power and elegance.  It will benefit from 3-5 years of cellaring and drink well through 2030."

Robert Parker's    THE WINE ADVOCATE    August 2007                     93 POINTS!!!

    SAVIAH CELLARS    '05    Walla Walla
Pepper Bridge Vineyard, Seven Hills Vineyard, McClellan Estate Vineyard                                     Only 304 cases produced!  Indulge in powerful scents of flowers, ripe wild berries and baking spices....move luxuriously through the body of the wine that offers colorful layers of seductive black cherry and red berry fruit flavors that linger long with silky tannins in the finish.

    SANDHILL WINERY   '03   Benton City
John's cabs have won Double Gold medals over the past few years and we expect this bottle to do the same.  If there is anything different about the '03 it's that the tannins aren't quite so "in your face"...this is a smooth, smooth wine folks.

    WHITMAN CELLARS   '05   Walla Walla
The 2003 and 2004 vintages of this wine both received 90 Points from Wine Spectator and we're expecting nothing less from this 2005.  It is characterized by essences of ripe pineapple, banana and grapefruit integrated with real vanilla, caramel and toast tones.

DEERFIELD RANCH WINERY   '05   Sonoma Valley
The nose is full and rich with hints of mango and pear, taste is smooth with layers of tropical fruit, especially ripe grapefruits.  Its full layered structure and long, lingering are almost surprising where the flavors are riper than the previous vintage.  Fabulously assertive with out being hot, refreshing without being thin.  Wow!

BALSAMROOT WINERY & VINEYARD

Many Gewurztraminers are made quite sweet and since this particular one is dry it makes it VERY food friendly.  This delicate and crisp white wine expresses fresh picked Lychee and other tropical fruit flavors in the mouth.  It will pair well with all of our fresh seafood and our spicier pastas.
